About Cynthia Conde's Bridal Bootcamp®
What is Cynthia Conde's Bridal Bootcamp®? It is a military-style fitness program in which brides-to-be train in a hard-core yet encouraging setting. The obstacle course and the equipment we use are based on the training equipment used by our armed forces and are designed to get you lean fast. Our drill instructors will enforce teamwork and accountability. The program will increase your stamina and build your strength and confidence so you are wedding-ready when you walk down the aisle.

New Recruitment Information
The Program
Level 1 -
The Tour of Duty Jump-Start Program: Jump-start your weight loss with this effective and challenging military workout that's designed to burn fat fast. All new recruits must enlist for a duration of 6 weeks and will be required to attend bootcamp 4 times a week for 1-hour sessions. Alternatively, we have an 8-week program that recruits attend 3 times per week for 1-hour sessions.
Level 2 -
After completing the Tour of Duty, most recruits enlist in the program which features our own Treadbox system of training. This new style of functional training uses the recruit's own body weight to build core strength, increase stamina, and create a lean, fit, tight body. This program is designed to focus on the individual fitness goals of each recruit. Learn these new techniques to take your body to a whole new level. This system of training can be done anywhere. Recruits meet 3 times per week for 6 weeks.
Extras
- All programs include a customized nutrition plan based on each person's metabolic and vitamin/supplement needs.
- Weekly weigh-ins and biweekly body fat test and girth measurements.
- Camo fatigues, Bridal Bootcamp® T-shirt, and signed Bridal Bootcamp book by author Cynthia Conde.
- Classes in the parks are held rain or shine and are available in the spring and summer.
- All recruits, regardless of fitness level, are in 15-member platoons.
- Weekend Warriors are welcomed in a more intense, two hour session twice per week (Saturday and Sunday).
